Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Technology Roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging trends and integration opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and development of futuristic technologies, including AI and IoT.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical vision with business objectives.
- Prioritize innovation initiatives that drive competitive advantage and long-term growth.
- Establish metrics to measure the success of future-tech initiatives and ensure measurable ROI.

- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives for the future.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including but not limited to Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
