Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and competitive threats
- Develop innovation frameworks for sustainable tech adoption and ethical AI implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of forward-thinking experimentation
- Establish KPIs to measure technology ROI and strategic impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI/ML, blockchain, and sustainable tech
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven strategic planning experience
- Certifications in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology forecasting
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
