- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation portfolio with $5M+ annual budget allocation
- Organize and host quarterly tech symposiums for industry stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience managing R&D budgets over $3M annually
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
