Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions and industry disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technological shifts affecting our industry
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capitalists, research institutions, and innovation hubs
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
- Monitor global tech trends through patent analysis, academic research, and startup scouting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in anticipating tech trends (demonstrated through published insights or patents)
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling and scenario planning tools
- Exceptional communication abilities for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with global tech ecosystems and cross-cultural collaboration
- Portfolio demonstrating past strategic implementations with measurable impact
