Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Deep expertise in quantum computing or generative AI systems
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience with EU AI Act and NIST AI frameworks
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
