Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough innovations in AI, quantum, and biotech
- Develop strategic partnerships with global research institutions and startups
- Translate technical capabilities into market-competitive product roadmaps
- Champion ethical technology frameworks and sustainability principles
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor next-generation innovators in our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products at scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Global network connections in tech innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or future trends
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
