Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI agents, quantum algorithms)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech with $2M annual R&D budget
- Present strategic briefings to Fortune 500 partners and venture capital syndicates
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption success in regulated industries
- Author white papers cited by World Economic Forum and IEEE
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven experience with quantum/AI/bio-convergence projects
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
- Advanced degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent innovation credentials
- Security clearance for federal tech collaboration projects
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable tech commercialization
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language
