Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and security teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact analysis
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and mentor a high-performing future-tech incubation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching at least two industry-disrupting initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
