Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG principles and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech innovation
- Experience developing long-term tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Exceptional communication abilities for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE)
