Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 societal and business transformation goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security frameworks and decentralized systems
- Architect AI governance frameworks ensuring ethical deployment of autonomous systems
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government bodies for emerging tech standards
- Drive innovation in neuro-interfaces and immersive metaverse experiences
- Monitor global tech policy shifts to ensure compliance and strategic positioning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech (quantum, AI, bio-convergence)
- Proven track record of launching products with >$100M impact
- Expertise in futures methodology and scenario planning
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain DOE/NIST clearance
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish preferred for global collaboration
