Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AR/VR, neural interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and nurture partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
- Oversee budget allocation for future tech incubation projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or technology consulting
- Proven track record in scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional data analysis and market research capabilities
- Strong public speaking and executive presentation skills
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
