Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities
- Present future tech insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish innovation KPIs and track adoption of next-gen technologies
- Collaborate with R&D to incubate proprietary IP in frontier tech domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two frontier domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications
- PMP or similar strategic certification preferred
