Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum/AI integration across verticals
- Lead cross-functional pods in rapid prototyping of 2026-viable solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI deployment and quantum security protocols
- Partner with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into market-ready innovations
- Present strategic visions to board members and industry consortiums
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with measurable ROI on future-facing projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in quantum/AI implementation at scale
