Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 technology strategy across AI, quantum computing, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) to identify market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused technology portfolio
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible AI deployment and quantum applications
- Represent company at global tech summits and shape industry discourse
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized futuristic technologies
- Executive-level experience with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
