Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for the 2026 product vision and beyond.
- Lead the R&D efforts in emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Readiness, and Spatial Computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to translate high-level concepts into actionable technical strategies.
- Prioritize and manage a portfolio of innovation projects to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify disruptive technologies that can drive competitive advantage.
- Establish technical standards and best practices for future scalability and performance.
- Mentor junior architects and engineering leads, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives with a focus on long-term impact.
- Strong understanding of scalable system architecture, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and distributed systems.
- Experience with AI/ML integration and a passion for ethical AI development.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy.
