Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies before mass adoption.
- Identify emerging trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing) and integrate them into our product ecosystem.
- Act as the chief evangelist for Horizon AI Labs' vision, communicating complex technical strategies to stakeholders.
- Oversee R&D initiatives to ensure scalable and sustainable growth.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to stay at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, AI, or software engineering.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and delivering results.
- Deep understanding of machine learning, data architecture, or future tech paradigms.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience managing large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $1M.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
