Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Edge Computing, and Quantum Readiness.
- Collaborate with product management and executive leadership to prioritize strategic initiatives.
- Establish architectural standards and best practices to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with long-term strategic projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale technology transformations.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML trends and their application in enterprise environments.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in mentoring diverse engineering teams and building high-performance cultures.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
