Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI systems capable of handling 2026-scale data volumes and complexity.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum-ready algorithms, and Neuro-Symbolic AI.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define technical roadmaps and strategic vision aligned with the company's 2026 goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into core product offerings.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to ensure our stack remains future-proof.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role focusing on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformer architectures, and reinforcement learning.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
