Responsibilities
- Strategic Foresight: Lead the conceptualization and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key disruptive technologies.
- Tech Scouting: Continuously monitor global tech trends and evaluate their applicability to our product ecosystem.
- Investment Strategy: Define the budget and resource allocation for R&D initiatives aimed at future market demands.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development plans.
- Pilot Programs: Spearhead the launch of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies to test viability before full-scale deployment.
- Partnerships: Identify and forge partnerships with startups and research institutions focusing on 2026-era solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or product management within a high-growth environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully navigating ambiguity and defining long-term strategic visions.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, Quantum Computing, or Advanced Robotics relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
