Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance systems for autonomous agents and next-gen AI applications.
- Define the technical roadmap and strategic vision for Project 2026, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and UX designers.
- Oversee the deployment and optimization of large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Establish best practices for security, reliability, and scalability within the engineering organization.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of implementing AI/ML solutions at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability patterns.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
