Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, future-proof architectures for complex AI-driven platforms.
- Lead the R&D initiative for 2026+ technology stacks, including quantum-ready algorithms and edge computing protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and drive product innovation.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and performance optimization in a cloud-native environment.
- Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Evaluate and integrate bleeding-edge technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Distributed Systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of Quantum Computing fundamentals and their potential application in software engineering.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
