Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, aligning engineering goals with long-term business vision.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems that can handle next-generation data loads and AI workloads.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers to drive the development of cutting-edge technologies.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, advanced AI) and evaluate their feasibility for integration into our ecosystem.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and performance to ensure a robust delivery pipeline.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, machine learning pipelines, and data engineering principles.
- Strong background in full-stack development with proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
