Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Design and oversee the implementation of a scalable, resilient technology stack tailored for the year 2026 and beyond.
- AI Integration: Integrate generative AI models and predictive analytics directly into core business workflows to drive efficiency.
- Legacy Modernization: Architect migration strategies to transition legacy monolithic systems into microservices and serverless environments.
- Cloud Strategy: Optimize our multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) to ensure 99.999% uptime and global accessibility.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, security, and engineering teams to translate business goals into technical blueprints.
- Disaster Recovery: Develop failover protocols and disaster recovery plans that meet the rigorous demands of enterprise-grade security.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior engineering role.
- Core Tech: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript, with a strong understanding of cloud-native principles.
- Framework Mastery: Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated experience in designing systems that are adaptable to emerging technologies, specifically AI and edge computing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
