Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Collaborate with C-suite executives to craft a comprehensive technological roadmap for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends, AI advancements, and regulatory shifts to inform strategic planning.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-level initiatives.
- Resource Allocation: Assess current capabilities and identify gaps, leading the planning for necessary tool acquisition and talent acquisition.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype and test concepts for 2026 to validate feasibility before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership roles.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term roadmaps and executing complex projects.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) and their potential 2026 applications.
