Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, aligning with company-wide strategic objectives.
- Lead the architectural design of complex, scalable systems using cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI and predictive analytics into core business workflows.
- Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure enterprise-level security and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend disruptive technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-availability systems.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and big data technologies.
