Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the deployment of hybrid cloud-native systems optimized for AI workloads.
- Design quantum-resistant encryption protocols and secure data pipelines for the 2026 era.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into core enterprise products.
- Lead the technical strategy for our neural interface research and development projects.
- Ensure system scalability, latency optimization, and fault tolerance across distributed global networks.
- Mentor senior engineers and establish best practices for future-tech implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years focusing on AI/ML infrastructure or Quantum Computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, Go, or C++.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
