Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance architectures specifically tailored for the technological landscape of 2026.
- Emerging Tech Research: Lead the evaluation and integration of breakthrough technologies, including Generative AI, Spatial Computing, and Edge AI.
- Technical Roadmap Definition: Define and communicate a long-term technical vision that aligns business goals with technical feasibility.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate complex concepts into actionable development plans.
- Prototype Development: Build and iterate on rapid prototypes to validate new concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning, guiding junior architects and engineers in best practices for future tech stacks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders in a clear, persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Microservices, and Containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in AI/ML integration, Blockchain, or Spatial Computing.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, undefined problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Agile Mindset: Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
