Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives on emerging tech including neuromorphic computing and autonomous swarm robotics
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in next-gen development methodologies
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships and grant proposals
- Drive patent portfolio expansion with ≥15 filings annually in frontier tech
- Present innovation frameworks at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent with 10+ years in tech architecture
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on quantum or AI systems
- Proven track record scaling systems handling >10M concurrent users
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum, neuromorphic, swarm AI
- Certifications in AWS/GCP/Azure quantum computing services
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ paradigm-shifting tech implementations
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR, etc.)
