Key Objectives:
As our Future Tech Strategist, you will act as the bridge between our technical capabilities and our long-term business vision. You will identify trends that will define the decade ahead, specifically focusing on the advancements expected by 2026.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning tech investments with business goals.
- Lead the strategic evaluation and integration of emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Quantum Computing, AR/VR).
- Conduct deep-dive research on future tech trends to predict industry shifts and opportunities.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to secure buy-in for innovative technology initiatives.
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Mentor internal teams on the potential impact of future tech on product development.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or IT consulting.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps (5+ years horizon).
- Deep technical knowledge of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and Blockchain technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale technology projects.
