Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 ecosystem, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Oversee the integration of quantum-resistant cryptography and next-gen AI models into existing cloud infrastructure.
- Conduct deep-dive R&D to prototype and validate novel computing paradigms.
- Define and enforce high-performance standards, security protocols, and best practices for system scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and security analysts, to deliver robust solutions.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Provide technical leadership in high-stakes decision-making processes regarding technology stack selection.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, particularly post-quantum cryptography.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
