Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and implement scalable, high-performance system architectures that integrate AI-driven insights and quantum-resistant security protocols.
- Technology Leadership: Evaluate and select emerging technologies (e.g., WebGPU, Edge AI, LLMs) to drive product innovation and competitive advantage.
- Team Mentorship: Guide senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Infrastructure Strategy: Oversee the migration to serverless and edge-computing environments to ensure global scalability.
- Roadmap Planning: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, aligning engineering capabilities with business goals and market trends.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security standards and ensure compliance with emerging data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a Senior Architect or Lead role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; proven experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- AI/ML Proficiency: Hands-on experience with training or fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) and deploying AI agents.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts or blockchain interoperability is a major plus.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in dynamic environments.
