Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable system architectures specifically tailored to support the technological requirements and user growth anticipated by 2026.
- Lead Strategic Technology Transitions: Spearhead the migration from legacy systems to next-generation microservices and serverless architectures.
- Drive AI & Automation Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of AI-driven tools into core business processes to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
- Ensure High Availability: Implement rigorous security protocols and disaster recovery plans to ensure 99.99% uptime for our global clients.
- Mentor Senior Engineering Teams: Cultivate a culture of technical excellence, conducting code reviews and leading architectural strategy sessions.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously analyze system performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and orchestration.
- Future-Ready Skills: Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI/ML integration, Edge Computing, and Web3 protocols.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering challenges and design elegant solutions for ambiguous problems.
- Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
