Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic vision that aligns with long-term business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into disruptive technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Computing.
- Trend Forecasting: Predict market shifts and advise leadership on necessary pivots to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Innovation Labs: Lead cross-functional workshops to foster creativity and translate high-level concepts into prototypes or pilot programs.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategic visions to diverse audiences, from engineers to investors, ensuring buy-in and alignment.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and global market movements to identify threats and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Trend Sensitivity: Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging technology trends before they become mainstream.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable strategies that drive growth and efficiency.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading innovation initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
