Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market expansion and product evolution
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and finance teams
- Present strategic forecasts to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
- Build predictive models for market adoption and competitive landscape shifts
- Champion sustainable innovation frameworks aligned with UN SDGs
- Mentor next-generation talent in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of scaling tech products/services from concept to $100M+ ARR
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Experience with agile frameworks and lean innovation principles
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
