Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technologies that will be critical in 2026 and beyond, including AI evolution and Quantum integration.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development initiatives in Generative AI, Edge Computing, and next-gen networking protocols.
- Architecture & Design: Design resilient, scalable system architectures that anticipate future load and technological shifts.
- Feasibility Analysis: Conduct rigorous technical assessments of emerging tech stacks to determine viability and ROI for the company.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning among engineering teams to prepare them for future challenges.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex future-tech concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, System Architecture, or IT Strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Cloud Native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, and Containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future-Tech Savvy: Strong interest and demonstrated knowledge in AI/ML trends, Blockchain, and Web3 technologies.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to forecast tech trends and align them with business goals for long-term growth.
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills with a track record of solving complex architectural challenges.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
