Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain high-availability, multi-region AI infrastructure using Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
- Optimize deep learning training and inference pipelines to maximize GPU cluster efficiency and reduce latency.
- Design and implement advanced MLOps strategies to automate model deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
- Collaborate with quantum computing research teams to prepare legacy systems for 2026 hybrid computing paradigms.
- Ensure rigorous data security, privacy, and compliance standards across all AI workloads.
- Drive architectural decisions that influence the long-term scalability of our product suite.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on distributed systems, infrastructure, or cloud architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and major deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strong proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience managing high-performance computing (HPC) clusters and GPU orchestration.
- Proven track record of implementing CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead technical strategy in a fast-paced environment.
