Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive 2026 Workforce Strategy roadmap aligned with Horizon 2026’s long-term vision.
- Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and automation tools to streamline operations and enhance employee workflows.
- Develop and refine hybrid work policies that balance operational efficiency with employee well-being and inclusivity.
- Oversee change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new digital ecosystems across all departments.
- Analyze global workforce trends to forecast talent needs and recommend reskilling/upskilling programs.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital transformation and cultural adoption.
- Collaborate with HR and IT leadership to build a resilient, agile organizational structure.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, organizational development, or HR leadership within a tech-forward environment.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale digital transformation strategies.
- Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and their practical applications in the modern workplace.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at the C-Suite and executive levels.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving cultural change.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
