Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable strategies
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and market disruption metrics
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Monitor geopolitical and technological shifts affecting future landscapes
- Build and manage an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented initiatives (2018-2025)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
