- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to validate technical feasibility of emerging concepts
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory impacts on future technologies
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation pipeline progress and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or technology consulting
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum)
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budgeting and ROI analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., ICF, PDMA)
- Experience in agile/lean methodologies for rapid prototyping
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
