Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ethical guardrails into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Lead internal training programs to foster a culture of responsible innovation across the organization.
- Monitor global regulatory trends and advocate for responsible policy changes within the industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Law, Philosophy, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI policy, ethics compliance, or a related strategic role.
- Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, generative AI, and their potential societal impacts.
- Proven track record of translating complex ethical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to foresee long-term technological trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
