Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts across web/mobile applications
- Document detailed bug reports using JIRA and defect-tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Create comprehensive test plans and test case documentation
- Perform compatibility testing across browsers and devices
- Analyze test results and provide actionable improvement insights
Qualifications
- 2+ years of QA/testing experience with software lifecycle familiarity
- Proficiency in bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with both manual and automated testing frameworks
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Relevant ISTQB or CSTE certification preferred
