Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine high-impact prompts for large language models and conversational AI systems
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize prompt effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt engineering solutions into production AI systems
- Create comprehensive documentation and best practices for prompt engineering methodologies
- Stay current with emerging AI research and industry trends to implement innovative techniques
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct prompt engineering workshops for internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or applied AI development
- Proven track record of optimizing LLM outputs for complex business applications
- Expertise in Python and prompt engineering frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.)
