Responsibilities
- Design and execute automated test scripts using Selenium/Cypress for web applications
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering functional, performance, and security testing
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with automated regression testing suites
- Lead defect triage sessions and provide actionable quality metrics
- Maintain and enhance test infrastructure using JIRA and Jenkins
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices and automation frameworks
- Conduct exploratory testing for complex user workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA automation with 3+ years using Selenium/Cypress
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript for test development
- Experience with REST API testing using Postman/Insomnia
- Proficient in Linux command line and SQL database queries
- Certified in ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating complex test automation projects
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) testing environments
