- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects
- Document bugs and issues using JIRA with clear severity levels
- Perform regression testing on web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and review meetings
- Test UI/UX functionality across multiple devices and browsers
- Maintain detailed test documentation and test plans
Qualifications
- 1+ years of QA/testing experience in software development
- Proficiency in bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- High school diploma or equivalent required
