Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects
- Document bugs using JIRA with clear steps to reproduce
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues efficiently
- Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies and release planning
- Verify UI/UX functionality across web and mobile platforms
- Perform regression testing on new features and updates
- Maintain and improve test documentation
- Report test metrics and quality trends to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 1+ years of software QA testing experience
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Knowledge of testing methodologies (black-box, white-box)
- Experience with cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
- Basic SQL skills for data validation
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability during business hours (8am-6pm PST)
