Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize high-performance software systems for pricing and executing Equity Options trades in real-time.
- Collaborate with quantitative analysts and traders to translate complex financial models into efficient, executable code.
- Design scalable microservices architecture to handle massive volumes of market data feeds with sub-millisecond latency.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in existing trading algorithms to maximize throughput and efficiency.
- Ensure the security and integrity of our trading infrastructure and data pipelines.
- Participate in code reviews and technical mentoring to foster a culture of engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong proficiency in C++ (proficiency in Python is highly desirable).
- Deep understanding of options pricing theory (Black-Scholes, binomial trees) and derivative markets.
- Extensive experience with Linux environments, high-performance computing, and network programming.
- Experience with distributed systems, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
