Responsibilities
- Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes for web/mobile applications
- Conduct usability testing sessions and synthesize user feedback into actionable insights
- Develop interactive prototypes in Figma/Skate for stakeholder presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers) to implement designs
- Contribute to design system documentation and component libraries
- Present design solutions to clients with clear rationale and user-centered arguments
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning ceremonies
Qualifications
- Portfolio showcasing 2-3 personal or academic design projects (school work accepted)
- Familiarity with design tools: Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic understanding of UX principles (information architecture, user flows)
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
