Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable software solutions using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python)
- Participate in Agile sprints with daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives
- Write clean, testable code with comprehensive unit/integration testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, DevOps) on feature development
- Debug and resolve production issues using monitoring tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Contribute to technical documentation and API specifications
- Grow through mentorship sessions and internal hackathons
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/Java/JavaScript)
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP principles
- Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Portfolio showcasing personal or academic projects (GitHub preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
