Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of scalable web applications and software solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Participate in agile development cycles, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues to ensure optimal application performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to define feature requirements.
- Document technical specifications, architecture, and code logic for future reference.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python (bootcamp certifications or self-taught experience are highly valued).
- Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and data structures.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to debugging.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to relocate to Wichita, KS (Relocation package included for qualified candidates).
