Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and product managers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Identify and troubleshoot bugs and performance issues within existing codebases.
- Contribute to unit testing and automated regression testing to ensure software reliability.
- Engage in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and learn from peers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be willing to relocate to the Raleigh, NC area.
